TaxMama (டாக்ஸ் மாமா / வரி எளிது) explains Sri Lankan tax news in simple Tamil and English.
We read each notice from the Inland Revenue Department (IRD). Then we explain it in short sentences, with a picture and an example.
What we are not

How we check facts
- Every post shows the date of the IRD notice or news it is based on.
- Every post shows the date we last checked it.
- If we are still checking a detail, the post says so at the top.
- All tax rates in our calculators live in one place and show a "last checked" date.
